Phone apps

Everyone will have their preferred apps to help them learn and improve their skills. As a starting point the following have been used by some of us at CW Academy and they work well. For Beginners, note that CW Academy may follow a different sequence of characters compared to the phone apps. But once you have learnt all the characters, numbers, and punctuation marks, these apps are great to help you develop your skills when out and about.

• Morse Maven – available for iOS and Android

• GG Morse – available for iOS (very good for decoding the Morse code you send to help you assess your sending accuracy)

• Ditto CW – available for Android (Offers Top xx Words, similar to Ninja)
